The process of initiation into the Catholic Church, (referred to as RCIA for adults), or RCIA Adapted for Children, (for children yet to be baptized age seven or older), is open now for registration.  If you are an adult seeking baptism into the Catholic Church, OR are baptized in another Christian faith wanting to become Catholic OR have children aged 7 or older who are not yet baptized and want to be, please contact Jean Beneteau at jbeneteau@dol.ca or phone the parish office at extension 226.  Though people can begin the process at any time during the year, beginning in Sept. is the most beneficial timing in order to receive sacraments in the spring.  Please contact Jean with your questions, concerns and circumstances as soon as possible if you would like to become Catholic this year.  Our community will be happy to welcome you!

If you are an active and fully initiated Catholic parishioner who would enjoy accompanying others in the process of becoming Catholic through the RCIA please contact Jean Beneteau through the parish office or by email to discuss how you may be best suited to help others on their journey.  We are looking to build up our RCIA team with catechists, sponsors, and faith companions for the process for this year.  Could this part of your path as an intentional disciple?

Let’s talk!
