Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, in partnership with The Royal Canadian College of Organists (RCCO), is delighted to present Echoes of Angels: A Pipe Organ Concert on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 3:00 pm.
This special event celebrates the restoration of the historic 1919 Casavant Organ Opus 791.
Come for an afternoon of music performed by local RCCO organists, showcasing the organ’s magnificent range of sounds and colours. The concert will be narrated by Jim Crichton, a beloved community figure and former broadcast journalist, ensuring an engaging and memorable experience.
This event not only honors the musical heritage of the Casavant Organ but it also supports the ongoing preservation efforts of one of Windsor’s most treasured landmarks.
