Registration Fee
Administration fee (one time payment) of $60.00 to be paid by Cash, Cheque or e-Transfer to assumption@cogeco.net. Please indicate the child’s name for e-Transfer.
Registration and Photo Release
Please fill out the registration form linked below. The linked photo release must be signed and returned to the office at kbondy@dol.ca as part of the registration process.
